During his <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1ApbKr6WB-U7NE9b9fexq8TCZorF77IJg\/edit\">statement<\/a>, he welcomed the report&#8217;s emphasis on State responsibility, the right to truth, and the urgent need for effective investigative mechanisms. Building on the work of Malteser International,\u00a0Counsellor Eder advocated for the integration of cultural, religious, and spiritual needs into international identification and repatriation protocols.
