During his <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1Idwz9kcACqCiLrRCt37bHnuG7ji6T5Of\/edit?usp=sharing&amp;ouid=101230484438041143364&amp;rtpof=true&amp;sd=true\">statement<\/a>, he expressed deep concern regarding the grave violations of International and Human Rights Law in the OPTs.
