On March 26, 2026, the Human Rights Council held an interactive dialogue following the High Commissioner\u2019s oral update on the OHCHR report on human rights in Ukraine. The High Commissioner reported escalating civilian suffering, including deaths, displacement, and rights violations. Most States condemned Russian aggression and called for protection and humanitarian support, while some emphasized dialogue and impartial solutions.<\/p>\n
