He was always prepared to place the common good before other interests or aspirations; he made an effort to work with rectitude and generosity, thus earning respect and common appreciation\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The Holy Father\u2019s Special Delegate recalled Fra\u2019 Giacomo\u2019s interest in culture, and in particular art and Christian archaeology, and his long life within the Order of Malta that led him to be elected as head of the institution in May two years ago.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=u5J7hoT4tGw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>The funeral was broadcast live on the Order of Malta\u2019s YouTube channel<\/strong><\/a>, allowing over 10,000 people worldwide to follow it.
