On Tuesday 8th October, Deputy Permanent Observer Jean-François Kammer addressed the Human Rights Council during the Interactive Dialogue

He highlighted the importance of promoting respect of International Humanitarian Law by all parties to the conflict and the actions of the Order of Malta together with Malteser International in Ukraine
