On Tuesday 24th January 2023, the Director General of the United Nations Office at Geneva, Ms. Tatiana Valovaya, organised an Executive Briefing with Mr. Philippe Lazzarini, Commissioner General of the U.N. Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

In a statement, H.E. Prof. Michel Veuthey, Ambassador of the Order to monitor and combat trafficking in persons & Deputy Permanent Observer, thanked the Commissioner General for UNRWA’s work and mentioned the Order’s humanitarian, medico-social and economic projects in support of Palestinian refugees, in Palestine, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon. The work of the Holy Family Hospital in Bethlehem was highlighted.
