H.E. Ambassador Marie-Thérèse Pictet-Althann, Permanent Observer of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the United Nations in Geneva, intervened during the interactive dialogue on the High Commissioner’s report on the human rights situation in Nicaragua.
The Order of Malta joined the High Commissioner in urging the government to restore and uphold the human rights of all Nicaraguans and release all persons arbitrarily detained.
