In the framework of the HumanRights75 commemorations in Geneva, the Permanent Mission of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the UN in Geneva participated in a Ministerial High-Level Event on the human rights situation in Palestine.

H.E. Ambassador Marie-Thérèse Pictet-Althann, Permanent Observer, delivered a statement on the Order’s activities in Palestine focusing on the human rights and humanitarian situation.

Ambassador Pictet-Althann also held a bilateral meeting with the Palestinian Foreign Minister, H.E. Dr. Riad Malki, before the event.
